Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy
Sahityashala Network respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement reported to our designated agent.

Filing a DMCA Notice
If you are a copyright owner (or an agent) and believe that any content on our network infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification. Please include the following details in your email:
- Identification: A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Location: The exact URL(s) on our website where the infringing material is located.
- Proof: Sufficient evidence that you are the original owner (e.g., a link to your original post or legal document).
- Contact Info: Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
Our Response Protocol
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, Sahityashala will take the following actions:
- We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint via email.
- We will investigate the claim to verify the ownership and the alleged infringement.
- If the claim is valid, we will remove or disable access to the infringing material within 48-72 hours.
Please note: If we have added content by mistake, we apologize sincerely. It is never our intention to infringe on the rights of creators, as we are a community of creators ourselves.
